or “services”) constitutes your (referred to respectively as “you”, or “your” meaning any
person, or anyone acting on your behalf, or company) agreement to comply with our Terms and
Conditions.

By accessing and using the Clinics Pro website and all services, any organization,
person, or company entering into these Terms as a user of our website or Services, accept
and agree to be bound by these terms of use. You may only use our site and services in
accordance with these Terms. All rights are reserved for Clinics Pro. These Terms apply to
the use of our free demo, paid services, and use of our site.
User Limitations and Restrictions
By registering to use Clinics Pro’s services, you affirm
that you agree, understand, and accept that all software, images, content, data, and other
material are owned by Clinics Pro. It is prohibited to use any content without consent from
Clinics Pro. None of the material on our website, nor our software may be copied, modified,
transmitted, reproduced, republished, sold, or distributed, by any means. The services are
for use based on one contract. Clinics Pro may change or alter these Terms and Conditions at
any time, without prior notice, which will be effective immediately after posting on our

Use of our services is governed by a contract agreement.
Registration Requirements
Clinics Pro’s services are intended only for lawful use by people
or organizations with the actual legal capacity to enter into a contract for such services.
By registering to use our services you are affirming you are legally authorized to enter
into a contract with Clinics Pro. You must provide truthful and accurate information when
using Clinics Pro’s services. You agree that any information you provide on our site to be
truthful and not infringe on any copyright or trademark. You alone are solely responsible
for any breach of privacy in regards to your failure to maintain your password or username
information. Clinics Pro is not liable for any privacy breaches you incur.
Refunds and Cancellation
Clinics Pro will not issue any refunds. No refunds will be granted
in the case of any unused portion of a contract. You are entitled to cancel your account at
any time. All of our data and software will be deleted immediately upon cancellation.
Package Modifications: You have the right to upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.
If in the event you want to downgrade your package choice, no refund will be administered.
Clinics Pro is not responsible for any loss of data or information resulting from
downgrading your account. If you choose to upgrade your package, then you are responsible to
pay the difference in price.

have provided us is protected at all times. All industry standard security measures will be
followed by us in order to maintain confidentiality; however, in the highly unlikely event
of loss of security, Clinics Pro will not be held liable for any damages resulted.
